Mark Maddux

Lead Pastor

Pastor Mark answered the call to serve at PickNaz in 2023. Mark is a Marine Corps Veteran, serving for nearly 10 years before entering full-time ministry. Mark completed his bachelors degree at Nazarene Bible College, and his Masters at Olivet Nazarene University. Mark serves as a Trustee for Mt. Vernon Nazarene University and is an ordained elder in the Church of the Nazarene. Mark and his wife, Janice, have 5 children.

As Lead Pastor, Pastor Mark preaches, teaches, counsels, and provides overall leadership for our church in cooperation with our Church Board. 

Matt Musick

Connections Pastor

Pastor Matt joined the PickNaz team in 2024. Matt has served the local church since graduating from Mt. Vernon Nazarene University. Matt completed his bachelors degree at Mt. Vernon Nazarene University and is currently completing his masters degree through Trevecca Nazarene University. Matt is an Ordained Elder in the Church of the Nazarene. He and his wife, Miranda, have one cat - Marble.

As Connection Pastor, Pastor Matt oversees our discipleship ministries, assimilation, and media. He provides direction and leadership to each of these areas, working with discipleship leaders to develop and expand our discipleship efforts, creating a pathway to assimilation for those coming into PickNaz, and is responsible for a large portion of our media, both in print and online.

Miranda Musick

Youth Pastor

Pastor Miranda joined the PickNaz team in 2024.  She also serves with Nazarene Youth International  as the East Central Field Executive Vice Chair. She is also a featured author for The Foundry Publishing's curriculum. Miranda completed her bachelors degree through Mt. Vernon Nazarene University and is an Ordained Elder in the Church of the Nazarene. She and her husband, Matt, have one cat - Marble.

As our Youth Pastor, Pastor Miranda leads all ministry to grades 6-12. She is responsible for leading and directing the different weekly youth gatherings, special trips, camps, and retreats. She works hand in hand with parents and guardians to guide our young people into and through their walk with Jesus.

Janice Maddux

Worship Director

Janice joined the PickNaz team in 2023 along with her husband, Pastor Mark. Janice completed her associates education at Johnson County Community College and is an accomplished stage actor and piano and voice teacher. She has been featured in numerous stage productions and has taught private piano and voice. Janice has served in the local church in a variety of ways through the years. She and her husband, Mark, have 5 children.  Janice also serves as our Office Manager.

As Worship Director, Janice gives leadership and direction to our weekly worship services, directs and trains musicians, develops media for weekly use, and gives direction to the overall worship ministry.

Tiffany Manson

Children's Director

Tiffany has served at PickNaz for over 15 years as the Children's Director.  She also serves as the South Central Ohio District Children's Director.  Tiffany is a graduate of Mt. Vernon Nazarene University, including a Masters of Education. With a previous career in teaching, Tiffany brings her passion for learning and her passion for teaching children about Jesus to her ministry at PickNaz.  She and her husband, Josh, have two children.

Tiffany provides leadership to ministry for birth through 5th grade. She is responsible for weekly children's ministry, developing and utilizing curriculum for our children, organizing and mobilizing our children's ministry volunteers, and giving the overall direction for ministry to this age group in partnership with parents and guardians.

Doug Jenkins

Senior Ministries Pastor

Pastor Doug has been a part of the PickNaz family for over 30 years and has served on the pastoral team for over 17 of those years. Doug is an ordained elder in the Church of the Nazarene. He and his wife, Cindy, have one adult son.

Pastor Doug facilitates multiple church services in nursing homes in our area, and provides pastoral care to residents of those facilities.
